Hi, I'm Ariel! I am so glad you're here exploring how you can connect to your vibrancy and intuition. Through my own relationship with holistic health, spirituality, and nature, I've developed an approach that brings together practical wellness education and deeper mind-body-spirit connection.
As an Integrative Wellness Counselor, Licensed Ayurvedic Educator, Evolutionary Astrologer, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master, I draw from a multidisciplinary background to support individuals in reconnecting with themselves, their innate wisdom, and the rhythms of the elemental world. Ayurveda is the foundation of my wellness counseling, providing a framework for understanding individual needs and cultivating greater harmony through personalized lifestyle guidance, dietary principles, and daily practices.
My approach is both educational and intuitive, blending foundational wellness guidance with evolving, individualized support.
